The results showed that the expression levels of SLC7A11, SLC3A2, RPN1, NUBPL, NDUFA11, NCKAP1, LRPPRC, GYS1, ACTB, CAPZB, CD2AP, DSTN, FLNA, FLNB, INF2, MYH10, MYH9, MYL6, PDLIM1, and TLN1 were upregulated in cancer tissues compared with normal tissues, whereas the expression levels of NDUFS1 were downregulated (Figure 2A).
