CD8A and Sepsis: We observed a significantly higher infiltration of B cells memory, plasma cells, T cells gamma delta, monocytes, macrophages M0, macrophages M1, mast cells activated, and eosinophils in sepsis samples, while the proportions of B cells naive, T cells CD8, T cells CD4 naive, T cells CD4 memory resting, T cells CD4 memory activated, NK cells resting, NK cells activated, and dendritic cells resting were relatively lower.
