They used Western blotting to demonstrate the molecular phenomenon in 30% of NSCLC cell lines and immunohistochemistry to show concomitant loss of SMARCA2 and SMARCA4 in 10% of primary NSCLC tumors across 41 adenocarcinoma and 19 squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) cases.
