It was clarified that the core components namely ismine (16), 5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2-methylchromone (11), pluviine (10), and acetyllycoramine (19) have multi-target mechanisms in mitigating lung cancer through the inhibition of AR, EGFR and ESR-1 proteins with involvement of 39 putative pathways.
