The AUGMENT‐101 trial, initiated in 2019, assessed the oral Menin inhibitor Revumenib (SDNX‐5613; a close homologue to the preclinical VTP50469 compound) in patients with relapsed or refractory acute leukemia and was quickly amended to enroll only patients with KMT2A‐rearranged and NPM1‐mutated leukemia.
