Table 1 lists the key clinical characteristics of people with SSc. In our study, we observed that pulmonary arterial hypertension impacted 50% of patients, but pulmonary fibrosis or interstitial lung disease involved 57.5% of patients. After autoantibody testing, we found that over 90% of SSc patients tested positive for ANA, 22.5 % of patients were found to be ACA positive, and 62.5 % of patients were found to be ATA positive (Table 1). Here, BTG3 is linked to pulmonary arterial hypertension.
