In the bladder cancer microenvironment in vitro, 10 μg/mL of HPP significantly increased the secretion of multiple interferon-gamma (IFN-γ)-stimulated RAW264.7 immune factors, such as IL-1β, IL-6, IL-23, NO, regulated upon activation, normal T cell expressed and secreted (RANTES), and the expression of M1 phenotype indicator CD80. This evidence concerns the gene IFNG and urinary bladder cancer.
