Further MR analyses indicated that G_Ruminococcus2/NTRN/prostate cancer, G_Anaerofilum/TNFRSF14/prostate cancer, G_Ruminococcaceae UCG014/TNFSF10/prostate cancer, and G_Erysipelotrichaceae UCG003/TNFSF10/prostate cancer, and P_Proteobacteria/cholesterol/prostate cancer were potential protective or risk signaling pathways. This evidence concerns the gene TNFSF10 and Familial prostate cancer.
