Notably, CA125, HE4, and NLR levels were significantly elevated in patients with lymph node metastases compared to those without such metastases (p<0.001, p<0.01, p<0.05; Figures 3D–F), as well as in patients with ascites relative to those without ascites (p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.05; Figures 3G–I). This evidence concerns the gene WFDC2 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
