The results indicating that MYH3, GLUD1, and EPAS1 are protective factors, while WASF2, SQSTM1, SLC7A11, PPM1F, PPIH, NDUFS1, MYH7B, ME1, FLNC, FLNA, DBN1, BOP1, ACTN2, and ACTG2 are risk factors for the prognosis of HBV-HCC patients. Here, NDUFS1 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
