CD40LG and dengue disease: In this study, of 221 patients (134 children aged 1–12 years and 87 adults aged 13–54 years) with clinically suspected dengue, 62 (28%), including a pregnant woman, were positive for dengue NS1 antigen alone, six (3%) were positive for NS1 antigen and anti-dengue IgM, two (0.9%) were positive for NS1 and anti-dengue IgG, eight (4%) were positive for NS1 and anti-dengue IgM and IgG, 12 (5%) were positive for anti-dengue IgM alone, one (0.5%) was positive for anti-dengue IgM and IgG, and 16 (7%) were positive for anti-dengue IgG alone.
