Based on the cut-off point, 40 patients had a high (≥1.08), and 54 patients had a low CRP/Alb ratio (<1.08). The patients with elevated CRP/Alb ratio (≥1.08) had significantly increased chances of higher tumor stage (p<0.001), lymph node involvement (p<0.001), presence of ascites (p=0.004), higher serum CA-125 (p=0.002), and higher tumor grade (p<0.001) (Table 10).
