In this study, we examined the changes of ILC1, ILC2, and ILC3 frequency in innate immunity, CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in adoptive immunity, and the expression of their associated cytokines (IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-10, IL-13, and IL-22) in 4T1 and MC4-L2 breast tumor models.
