Previous studies have indicated that APOC1 serves as a prognostic marker for cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, and liver cancer (Shi et al., 2020; Yang et al., 2024), and it promotes glioblastoma tumorigenesis by inhibiting ferroptosis regulated by the KEAP1/NRF2 and CBS (Zheng et al., 2022). Here, APOC1 is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
