SIGLEC9 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma: Conversely, there were significant associations with the expression of several checkpoint receptors in combination with the CD8+ TEM cell signature and survival, with a marked inverse relationship between higher expression of KLRC1 (NKG2A), TIGIT, SIGLEC7, SIGLEC9, and HAVCR2 checkpoint receptors and the CD8+ TEM signature on BLCA patient survival (Figure 6D, Supplementary Figure S10A).
