Using genome-wide CRISPR screening, we identified that AML cells lacking FCGR1A expression or exhibiting high levels of the Spt-Ada-Gcn5-Acetyltransferase (SAGA) complex, were particularly resistant to DNTs, which may be utilized as markers to identify patients who may benefit more from DNT therapy. This evidence concerns the gene FCGR1A and acute myeloid leukemia.
