Using genome-wide CRISPR screening, we identified that AML cells lacking FCGR1A expression or exhibiting high levels of the Spt-Ada-Gcn5-Acetyltransferase (SAGA) complex, were particularly resistant to DNTs, which may be utilized as markers to identify patients who may benefit more from DNT therapy. The gene discussed is AGXT; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
