The results of the KEGG analysis (Fig. 8) revealed that a large number of genes enriched by KEGG were associated with Viral protein interaction with cytokine and cytokine receptor, Proteoglycans in cancer, Cell adhesion molecules, Cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, Chemokine signaling pathway, PD-L1 expression and PD-1 checkpoint pathway in cancer, NOD-like receptor signaling pathway, Rap1 signaling pathway, T cell receptor signaling pathway, Pathways in cancer, and JAK-STAT signaling pathway were significantly correlated. The gene discussed is SOAT1; the disease is cancer.
