In the comparison between the hyperthyroidism group and the healthy controls, the following biological processes were positively correlated with differential gene expression: antigen binding, immunoglobulin receptor binding, activation of innate immune responses, MHC class II protein complexes, antigen binding, antigen presentation, 2’-5’ oligoadenylate synthetase activity, Rho GDP-dissociation inhibitor activity and MHC class II antigen processing (Figure 3C). This evidence concerns the gene MPIG6B and hyperthyroidism.
