The results showed that Zak deficiency could reverse the SLE phenotype induced by immunizing with Trex1-/- CD4+ T cells, as displayed by decreased percentages of Tfh, GC B, and plasma cells in the spleen (Fig. S2A and S2B), the reduced production of anti-dsDNA/ssDNA/histone IgG and IgM in the serum (Fig. 5K), the less IgG deposition in the kidney, and the lower levels of ANA in the serum (Fig. 5L).
