As shown in Figure 1A, the expression levels of VANGL2 in the tumor tissues of cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), brain lower-grade glioma (LGG), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), thymoma (THYM), uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS) (p < 0.001) and pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG) (p < 0.01) were higher than the corresponding control tissues. This evidence concerns the gene VANGL2 and uterine carcinosarcoma.
