With regards to employment, multivariate analysis for cases identified increased risk of symptoms impacting employment with increasing WHO COVID-19 severity (OR [95%CI] 2.813 [1.194–6.626], p < 0.01) and reduced risk in those receiving statins on admission or who had an elevated CRP (OR [95%CI] 0.28 [0.1–0.778], p < 0.01 and 0.276 [0.099–0.773], p < 0.01 respectively), although the AUROC [95%CI] was only 0.561 [0.467–0.655] [Fig. 5].
