This study reveals that GFAP‐IgG‐positive patients have elevated CSF cytokine levels attributable to macrophages, microglia, astrocytes, B‐cells, and T‐cells that are different from neurological diseases manifesting similarly and are reflective of the histopathological findings recently described in GFAP autoimmunity.5 The gene discussed is CSF2; the disease is nervous system disorder.
