In our previous study, we developed and validated a nomogram, encompassing a set of nutrition‐related genetic/clinical/radiological risk factors, including cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) rs1800775*A polymorphism, decreased nutritional status, increased caregiver burden, and decreased brainstem volume, to predict NPS occurrence in patients with AD, suggesting the potential multidimensional role of nutrition in the presence of NPSs.12 The gene discussed is CETP; the disease is Alzheimer disease.
