The top 10 KEGG pathways were visualized according to P-value ordering (Figure 6A), which included pathways such as PD-L1 expression and PD-1 checkpoint pathway in cancer, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, chemical carcinogenesis-receptor activation, lipid and atherosclerosis, EGFR-Thyrosine kinase inhibitor research, thyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance, Th1 and Th2 cell differentiation, prostate cancer, Th17 cell differentiation, growth hormone synthesis, estrogen signaling pathway, bladder cancer, and four pathways related to immune cell regulation. Here, AKT1 is linked to atherosclerosis.
