The results showed that the genes potentially affected by RIOK1 in HCC are mainly enriched in the cell cycle, nucleocytoplasmic transport, ATP‐dependent chromatin remodeling, polycomb repressive complex, and DNA replication (Figure S3A), which was consistent with several pathways we obtained from the analysis of our multi‐omics data, such as the cell cycle, cytoplasmic nuclear translocation, and chromatin remodeling. This evidence concerns the gene RIOK1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
