The results of Co-IP and western blot analysis of tumor samples from the in vivo model confirmed the interaction between TPM3P9 and RBM4 (Fig. 7l), and showed that TPM3P9 upregulated the expression of TCF7L2-L, an effect that was abolished by RBM4 overexpression (Fig. 7m). The gene discussed is RBM4; the disease is neoplasm.
