KRT88P and hepatoblastoma: It has been reported that intracellular transfection of anti-HBc ScFv plasmid could inhibit viral replication in the human hepatoblastoma-derived cell line HB611 which produces HBV and both single-stranded and partially double-stranded DNA intermediates were significantly suppressed in the cells, suggesting that intracellular anti-HBc ScFv could inhibit HBV DNA replication, this was the proof of concept study for targeting the intracellular HBcAg by antibodies (Wang et al., 2015).
