The leukocyte profile was defined by IHC as a cluster of differentiation (CD), including CD3 and CD68 positive cells, which suggests tumor-infiltrating T-lymphocytes and macrophages; CD20 was negative, suggesting absence of B-lymphocytes; and CD56 was scarce and rarely seen in inflammatory cells, suggesting the absence of natural-killer (NK) cells (Figure 3).
