Close to these findings, our study revealed that hypothyroidism occurs in 4.0% with a relatively similar rate in the anti-PD1 compared to the anti-PD-L1 group (4.0% vs. 3.7%), with no significant difference between nivolumab, pembrolizumab, atezolizumab and durvalumab monotherapies (3.2%, 5.6%, 3.8%, and 0%, p = 0.722, respectively). The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is hypothyroidism.
