Although the rate of colitis was significantly higher in durvalumab compared to others (33.3% vs. 4.5% with nivolumab, 1.6% with pembrolizumab, 1.3% with atezolizumab; p = 0.008), significance was lost when anti-PD-L1 was compared to the anti-PD1 group (2.5% vs. 3.5%, p > 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene PDCD1 and colitis.
