Our 60-year-old female patient was admitted to the hospital with a blood pressure of 210/120 mmHg, acute HF with NT-proBNP 4067 pg/mL, pulmonary edema, and AKI with anuria and an increase in Scr from 68 to 628 μmol/L in less than 3 months.
