Based on the mitophagy-related signature, regulator prioritization ranked PINK1 as the most valuable marker to follow-up on skin melanoma, BECN1 was the most valuable marker to follow up on neuroblastoma (E-MTAB-179), as well as PARK2, PINK1 and OPTN were the most valuable markers to follow up on acute myeloid leukemia (GSE12417_GPL570), in terms of T cell dysfunction. This evidence concerns the gene OPTN and cutaneous melanoma.
