A total of 14 SASP genes, including ALDH18A1, ASPH, ATL3, CLU, CYB5R3, ERGIC1, FLII, LAMA3, RPS11, SPON1, TGM2, TNFAIP8, TUBB6, and VDAC1, were found to be significantly upregulated (Log2 ratio > 1.15, p < 0.05) in renal cancer. The gene discussed is FLII; the disease is renal carcinoma.
