Our results strikingly show that FOXM1 is upregulated in all the 15 tumor types, with a significant (padj < 0.01) adjusted p-value (derived from the DESeq2 negative binomial test) in 14 out of 15, the only exception being thyroid cancer, with padj = 0.3422 (Figure 3A). Here, FOXM1 is linked to thyroid gland carcinoma.
