After adjusting the β values for CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, natural killer lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, and significant covariates (plate, sex, and BMI) by linear regression method, we identified 11,680 DMPs in a total of 8614 genes, among which, 3173 CpG sites were hypermethylated (hyper-DMPs) in 2401 genes, and 8507 CpG sites were hypomethylated (hypo-DMPs) in 6213 genes in patients with HCC (Supplementary Table S2). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
