Specifically, RAS signaling genes, protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 11 (PTPN11), FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3), and KIT, were correlated with high HOXA10 expression, thus contributing to the poor prognosis of high-HOXA10-expressing AML patients. Here, HOXA10 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
