Synthetic lethal (SL) genes implicated in resistance to KRAS G12C inhibitors (G12Ci) in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) include serine-threonine kinases, tRNA- and proteoglycan-modifying enzymes, and components of the YAP (Yes-associated protein 1)/TAZ (YAP homologue)/TEAD (transcriptional enhanced associate domain) pathway. This evidence concerns the gene MARK2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
