In the validation phase, we found that C1QA, MARCO, TXNDC15, IGFBP3, TNFRSF10C, TRIM5, LAYN, JAM3, RNF43, PPP1R14A, SPINT2, LGALS4, TOR1AIP1, AGER, CILP, CEACAM21, and IL10RB were significantly associated with PRAD risk. The gene discussed is JAM3; the disease is prostate adenocarcinoma.
