In the validation phase, we found that C1QA, MARCO, TXNDC15, IGFBP3, TNFRSF10C, TRIM5, LAYN, JAM3, RNF43, PPP1R14A, SPINT2, LGALS4, TOR1AIP1, AGER, CILP, CEACAM21, and IL10RB were significantly associated with PRAD risk. Here, CILP is linked to prostate adenocarcinoma.
