In the validation phase, we found that C1QA, MARCO, TXNDC15, IGFBP3, TNFRSF10C, TRIM5, LAYN, JAM3, RNF43, PPP1R14A, SPINT2, LGALS4, TOR1AIP1, AGER, CILP, CEACAM21, and IL10RB were significantly associated with PRAD risk. Here, PPP1R14A is linked to prostate adenocarcinoma.
