B7-H3 has been found to be irregularly upregulated [173,174], and high levels of tumor-expressed B7-H3 were shown to be associated with a poor prognosis in various cancers, such as laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma [175], non-small cell lung carcinoma [176,177], colorectal carcinoma [178], and RB [172]. The gene discussed is CD276; the disease is neoplasm.
