CIRBP and glioma: By analyzing glioma data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, we found that the expression of CIRBP decreased as the grade of glioma increased (Figure 5A), and patients with low CIRBP expression tended to have a poorer prognosis than those with high expression (Figure 5B), suggesting that CIRBP may inhibit the progression of glioma.
