CD30 large and atypical cells can be found in a wide range of lymphoproliferative disorders (LPDs) that includes cutaneous T-cell lymphomas, lymphomatoid papulosis, and anaplastic large T-cell lymphoma: it is a big family of benign disorders, usually indolent and with frequent spontaneous regression, where oral lesion share the same course of the cutaneous counterpart. This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF8 and lymphoproliferative syndrome.
