CD30 large and atypical cells can be found in a wide range of lymphoproliferative disorders (LPDs) that includes cutaneous T-cell lymphomas, lymphomatoid papulosis, and anaplastic large T-cell lymphoma: it is a big family of benign disorders, usually indolent and with frequent spontaneous regression, where oral lesion share the same course of the cutaneous counterpart.
