Qingya et al. evaluated the efficacy and safety of CD38 CAR-T cell therapy in patients with relapsed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) [19], reporting that all six patients achieved complete remission (CR) without off-target effects on monocytes and lymphocytes. This evidence concerns the gene CD38 and acute myeloid leukemia.
