Conversely, the SUVmax cutoff of 5.75 was able to discriminate the GIST genotype both in a univariate (OR, 0.04 [95% CI, 0.02-0.11]; P < .001) and a multivariate model (OR, 0.03 [95% CI, 0.01-0.10]; P < .001), confirming an independent association between an SUVmax of 5.75 or less and the presence of a PDGFRA mutation.
