To further enhance the anti-tumor efficacy of Xcl1-E6E7, we explored the immunization of mice with the Xcl1-E6E7 plasmid in combination with several plasmids expressing interleukins known to stimulate T cell proliferation and memory formation, including IL-7, IL-9, IL-21, and IL-33.
