By comparing the data from CCK-8 assays (Figure 5A), Transwell assays (Figures 5B, C), and cell scratch assays (Figures 5D, E), it was found that knockdown of C1QTNF1-AS1 significantly promoted the proliferation, migration, and invasion abilities of osteosarcoma cells, while the overexpression of miR-34a-5p partially reversed this effect. The gene discussed is C1QTNF1; the disease is osteosarcoma.
