ALB and neoplasm: In the multivariate analysis, age ≥ 75 years (hazard ratio [HR] 1.532, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.110–2.133; p = 0.012), tumor size ≥ 35 mm (HR 1.974, 95% CI 1.238–3.146; p = 0.004), albumin level ≤ 3.5 g/dL (HR 2.042, 95% CI 1.134–3.103; p < 0.001), neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio ≥ 3.5 (HR 1.648, 95% CI 1.144–2.372; p = 0.007), CA19-9 level ≥ 250 U/mL (HR 1.628, 95% CI 1.136–2.333; p = 0.008), and DUPAN-2 level ≥ 750 U/mL (HR 1.738, 95% CI 1.178–2.565; p = 0.005) were independent prognostic factors.
