Our results highlight the importance of three novel positive circuits—CricNOTCH1/miR-34c/Myc, lncRNA MALAT1/miR-34a/Myc, and Myc/xCT—which have not been extensively explored in prior studies but are predicted to play significant roles in regulating cancer cell fate decisions (see Table 2 and Figure 5).
