Further investigation into specific cancer types revealed distinct functional relationships with SIRT1: in AML, SIRT1 was positively correlated with DNA damage; in LUAD, it was negatively correlated with EMT and invasion; in OV, it was negatively correlated with infection; and in UM, it was negatively correlated with apoptosis, DNA repair, and DNA damage. Here, SIRT1 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
