CD4 and rheumatoid arthritis: The results showed that the RA group exhibited a significantly increased abundance of memory B cells, plasma cells, T cells CD8, T cells CD4 + memory cells, and Macrophages M1 compared to the normal group, while T cells CD4 memory resting, monocytes, activated mast cells, and eosinophils showed a significant decrease in infiltration (Figures 7G, H).
