The results suggested that the PCBP1 gene was highly expressed in NSCLC tumor tissues and lowly expressed in lung normal tissues, with no statistically significant difference between the two (p > 0.056), whereas ACSL4 and ALOX15, which were lowly expressed in NSCLC tumor tissues and highly expressed in lung normal tissues (Figure 4A), were both significantly different compared to the other (p < 0.01). This evidence concerns the gene PCBP1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
