Currently, most studies of CDCA2 focused on cancer, revealing that CDCA2 promotes tumor growth and inhibits apoptosis by regulating BRCA1-NRF2/p53-PUMA in liver cancer (40, 41), or by activating the CCAD1/AURKA signaling pathway to promote melanoma proliferation and migration (42, 43). Here, BRCA1 is linked to liver cancer.
